So far the history reveals, Rajshahi Range HQ was commenced as an office of the DIG from Jalpaigury Division in the British regime on 20th July in 1917. Later it was established at sayedpur, Nilphamari on 1st September in 1947. Finally the Range HQ was moved to Rajshahi on 23rd October in 1964.
